ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரையின் அளவு:
ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரை ஏ4 தாளில் 12 அளவு; 1.5 இடைவெளியுடன் 10-18 பக்கங்களுக்கு மிகாமல் லதா (தமிழ்), டைம்ஸ் நியூரோமன் (ஆங்கிலம்) எழுத்துருவில் கணினி வழி தட்டச்சு செய்து இருக்க வேண்டும். அடிக்குறிப்புகள், பாடல் எண், பக்க எண் மற்றும் துணைநூல் பட்டியல் இடம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
தலைப்பு பக்கம்:
தலைப்பு பக்கம் பெயர், சுருக்கமான தலைப்பு, முகவரி, மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி கொண்டிருக்க வேண்டும். ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கம்: 150 – 200 வார்த்தைகள் கொண்ட ஆங்கிலச் சுருக்கம் தர வேண்டும். அதில் தேவை இல்லாத சுருக்கக் குறியீடுகள் மற்றும் பின் குறிப்புக்களைத் தவிர்க்கவும். குறியீட்டுச் சொற்கள்: 4 – 6 தமிழில் தூய குறியீட்டுச் சொற்கள் குறியீட்டிற்காகப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
கட்டுரைகளின் அமைப்பு:
ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் தரமானதாக அமைய வேண்டும். குறிப்புகள்: ஆராய்ச்சி நெறிமுறைகள் (தமிழ்) உலகத் தமிழாராய்ச்சி நிறுவனம் மற்றும் தற்போதைய எம்.எல்.ஏ 8ம் பதிப்பு (ஆங்கிலம்) பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.
மேற்கோள
ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கத்தில் மேற்கோளைத் தவிர்த்து நேர்த்தியான குறிப்புகளை மேற்கோளிட்டு குறிப்புப்பட்டியலில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
குறிப்புப்பட்டியல்:
குறிப்புகள் அகரவரிசையில் அமைய வேண்டும். ஆய்வாளர்கள் தங்கள் பயன்படுத்தும் புத்தகங்கள், ஆய்விதழ்கள், ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள், ஆய்வேடுகள் மற்றும் இணையதள தரவுகள் போன்றவற்றை குறிப்பிட்டுக் காட்ட வேண்டும்.

ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளை குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்தில் editorkarichan@gmail.com, kimtrj@gmail.com என்ற மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். இல்லையென்றால் அது நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.
கட்டுரை தேர்வுக் கொள்கை:
இதழுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் வழியும் இணையத்தில் பதிவு (LOGIN)செய்து நேரிடையாக உள் நுழைந்தும் அனுப்பப்படும் கட்டுரைகள் பெறப்படுகின்றன. மேலும், ஆய்வுத் தரம் உள்ள கட்டுரைகளை மட்டுமே வெளியிடப்பெறுகின்றன. கட்டுரைகளைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதில் ஆசிரியரின் முடிவே இறுதியானது. இணையத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி கருத்துத்திருட்டுகள் உள்ள கட்டுரைகள் அனுப்புவதை இவ்வாய்விதழ் ஆசிரியர் குழு அனுமதிப்பதில்லை. மேலும், அக்கட்டுரைகள் நிராகரிக்கப்படும். ஆசிரியர் குழுவால் ஒரு வழக்கு திறக்கப்பட்டு, கட்டுரை சார்ந்த முறைகேடு மற்றும் நெறிமுறைகளுக்கு எதிரான முறைகளைத் தடுக்க மாணவர்/அறிஞர்/ஆசிரியர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க நிறுவனத்தின் உயர் அலுவலர்/முதன்மையர்க்கு தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.
சந்தா:
ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் ஆண்டுக்கு இரு முறை குறிப்பிட்ட நாளில் பசுமைச் சூழல் போற்றும் நிலையில் இணையதளம் வழியாக வெளியிடப்படும். சந்தா நிலவரம்: சந்தா கிடையாது. ஆண்டிற்கு இருமுறை மற்றும் சிறப்பிதழ் உட்பட இணையதளம் வழியாக இலவசமாக வெளியிடப்படும்.
கட்டுரையாளரின் பொறுப்பு:
முழுகுறிப்புப் பட்டியல் தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் அமைய வேண்டும். மேற்கோள்கள் இலக்கியத்திற்கு ஆராய்ச்சி நெறிமுறைகள் மற்றும் MLA எட்டாம் பதிப்பு முறையிலும், அறிவியல் சார்புடையதற்கு APA முறையிலும் மற்றும் வரலாறு சார்புடையதற்கு Chicago முறையிலும் அமைய வேண்டும். ஒப்புதல் சார்ந்த தகவல்கள், கருத்து வேற்றுமை மற்றும் நிதிஉதவி சார்ந்த தகவல்கள் கட்டுரையின் கடைசி பக்கத்தில் அமைய வேண்டும். கட்டுரைகளை நீக்குதல், திருத்தங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளுதல் தொடர்பான செய்திகள் கட்டுரையாளர்களுக்குத் தெரிவிக்கப்படும். அதை அவர்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் நிலையில் கட்டுரை வெளியிடப்பெறும்.
Guidelines for Writing Articles
Language: Tamil and English
Research Paper Length:
The research paper should be typed on A4 paper, in 12-point font size, with 1.5 line spacing, and should not exceed 10-18 pages. The font should be Latha (Tamil) and Times New Roman (English). Footnotes, verse numbers, page numbers, and a bibliography should be included.
Title Page:
The title page should include the name, a concise title, address, and email address. Abstract: An abstract of 150-200 words in English should be provided. Avoid unnecessary abbreviations and footnotes in the abstract. Keywords: 4-6 pure Tamil keywords should be used for indexing.
Article Structure:
Research papers should be of high quality.
References:
Research ethics (Tamil) of the International Institute of Tamil Studies and the current MLA 8th edition (English) should be followed.
Citations:
Avoid citations in the abstract and ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the bibliography.
Bibliography:
References should be in alphabetical order. Researchers should specify the books, journals, research papers, theses, and online resources they have used.
Submission Method:
Research papers must be submitted to the email addresses editorkarichan@gmail.com and kimtrj@gmail.com within the specified time. Otherwise, they will be rejected.
Article Selection Policy:
Articles submitted via email and directly through online registration (LOGIN) are accepted. Furthermore, only articles of high research quality are published. The editor’s decision is final in the selection of articles. The journal’s editorial team does not permit the submission of articles containing plagiarism using the internet. Furthermore, such articles will be rejected. A case will be opened by the editorial team, and the institution’s senior officer/principal will be informed to take action against the student/scholar/teacher to prevent academic misconduct and unethical practices related to the article.
Subscription:
Research articles will be published twice a year on a specific date via the website, in an environmentally friendly manner. Subscription details: No subscription required. Published free of charge twice a year, including special issues, via the website.Author’s Responsibility: The complete bibliography should be in both Tamil and English. Citations should follow research ethics and the MLA Eighth Edition style for literature, APA style for science-related articles, and Chicago style for history-related articles. Acknowledgements, conflict of interest statements, and funding information should be included on the last page of the article. Authors will be notified regarding the removal of articles or necessary revisions. The article will be published only after they accept the changes.
